Participant Registration

We kindly ask that you fill out the participant registration form.

Registration is required for:

• all participants who have received confirmation from the Organizing Committee that their paper has been accepted (including co-authors who do not plan to participate in person);
• all listeners planning to participate in the Congress dinner and cultural program who wish to receive a certificate of attendance.

Registration is not required for:

• listeners who do not plan to participate in the Congress dinner and cultural program and who do not want to receive a certificate of attendance.

Registration for the cultural program

The participants of the Congress are invited to take part in a rich cultural program. To ensure smooth organization of the activities, we kindly ask you to complete the Cultural Program Registration Form and indicate the events you plan to attend.

Please fill out the form by October 13, 2025.

Please note that if the form is not completed on time, we will not be able to guarantee your participation in the events, as the cultural program must be planned in advance and the number of participants determined beforehand.
